Wilmington – In May 2014, while he was with the Chicago Police Department, Chief Tracy met in Washington to discuss crime reduction and community engagement.
The meeting was titled “The Broken Windows Theory Revisited – 30 Years Later”. It was a panel of the two-day National Symposium on the Reduction of Crime held by the National Association of Attorneys General Training and Research Institute NAGTRI and the National District Attorneys Association (NDAA) at the Westin Georgetown in Washington, D.C.
