Greenville – At approximately 3:50 p.m. New Castle County Paramedics, Elsmere and Hockessin Fire Departments were dispatched to the intersection of Barley Mill Road and Overbrook Road for a tree fallen on a vehicle in the Westover Hills section of Greenville, accroding to Paramedic First Class Yvonne T. Russell.
Russell said that upon arrival County Paramedics found two patients. The first patient, a 50-year-old female, was transported via Elsmere Fire Company ambulance. The patient was in stable condition.
The second patient, a 17-year-old male, was transported via Hockessin Fire Company ambulance. The patient was in stable condition. Both patients were transported to Christiana Hospital accompanied by County Paramedics.
New Castle County Police Department are investigating the incident.
