School Bus Blows Tire Near Newark

Glasgow –  At around 7:15 am this morning a school bus blew a tire on South College Ave (Route 896) just north of Pulaski Highway (Route 40). The bus was able to pull off to the side of the road without incident.

At approximately 7:35 am a replacement bus arrived on scene. It’s unclear if students were on the bus or if it was just the driver at the time of the accident.

No recuse vehicles other than State Police were on scene.

No injuries were reported
