Wilmington – I-95 SB is partially blocked at Maryland Avenue due to an accident involving multiple vehicles. At least four ambulance have been dispatched to the on ramp at I-95 SB and Maryland Avenue, according to reports. Traffic is backed up to the Brandywine River.
Reports from the scene indicate that at least two children are being transported to AI duPont.
