Dover – Rescue crews are currently working to extricate a man trapped in a vehicle that is under a tractor trailer.
Medics are having a hard time treating the patient as he is trapped and firefighters are trying to pull him from the vehicle.
Christiana Trauma Unit has been notified and Trooper 4 is standing by to transport.
