Townsend – Rescue workers from the Townsend Fire Company are currently on scene at the intersection Route 13 NB and Denny Lynn Drive for a single vehicle crash involving a motorcycle.
Reports from the scene indicate that the motorcycle rider may have suffered from a medical condition prior to the accident. Patient is being transported to the hospital via ambulance.
Traffic is backed up to Blackbird Landing Road on Route 13. Route 1 onlookers are causing a backup on Route 1 NB for almost 3 miles south of the incident.
