Newark Dunkin Donuts Robbed At Gunpoint

Newark – The Newark Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred on 8/14/17 at approximately 9:00 p.m. at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 1142 Elkton Road, according to Lieutenant Fred Nelson.

Nelson said the victim, a 34-year-old male employee, reported that the suspect entered the business, pointed a handgun at him, and demanded money. The employee turned over an undisclosed amount of money to the suspect and he fled the store.

The suspect was described as a black male, possibly in his mid-20’s, 5’10’’ – 6’0’’, medium build, wearing a face mask.
