Police Investigating A Late Reported Burglary At Car Title Loan Business, Motorcycle Missing

Newark – Newark Police Department is investigating a late reported burglary that occurred at Car Bucks, 1164 Elkton Road, between 10/8/17 at 7:00 pm and 10/9/17 at 8:45 am, according to police. On 10/20/17 an employee reported that an unknown suspect entered the business and removed vehicle keys, a deposit bag, and a 1996 Harley Davidson motorcycle bearing PA registration AWYEH valued at $5,000.

The employee noticed the keys and deposit bag had been stolen on the morning of 10/9/17, however, he did not realize the motorcycle was stolen until 10/20/17 because it was stored in an exterior shed. There were no signs of forced entry to the business and there is no video surveillance available for release at this time.
