Serious Accident in Hockessin Sends Two to Hospital

Hockessin – Rescue crews from the Hockessin Fire Company, along with Delaware State Police have responded to the intersection of Newport Gap Pike and Graves Road for reports of a traffic accident with injuries.

Upon arrival crews found two vehicles with heavy damage, and two patients in need of medical attention.

Ambulance crews transported two patients, a male and female in their 40’s, to Christiana Hospital, with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

Traffic is currently being diverted as Delaware State Police continue to investigate.
