Three Middletown Robbery Suspects Arrested In Elkton

Middletown – On October 05, 2017 at approximately 2:14 am, Middletown Police Officers responded to the 301 Truck Plaza located at 921 Middletown Warwick Road in Middletown, Delaware in reference to a robbery involving three suspects that just occurred, according to Middleton Police Chief Michael Iglio.

Iglio said investigation revealed one of the suspects, a white female wearing a dark colored hooded sweat shirt, dark pants, a ski mask, and gloves entered the store, approached the clerk, and demanded money while threatening and implying the use of a firearm.

This suspect obtained an undetermined amount of money while a second suspect, described as a black male with a light colored hooded sweatshirt and light colored pants was seen standing outside of the front door of the store, according to Iglio. The third suspect remained in the driver seat of a silver Kia Forte for the duration of the incident, said Iglio.

The Middletown Police Department alerted local authorities in Maryland and provided them with a description of the suspect vehicle. A short time later,
Elkton, Maryland Police Officers located the vehicle and took the three suspects into custody. The suspects were identified as Amanda K. Hodgson, Bryant L. Brown, and David Logan.

Hodgson was subsequently charged with Robbery 1st Degree, Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, and Conspiracy 2nd Degree. Brown was subsequently charged with Robbery 1st Degree, Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony, and Conspiracy 2nd Degree. Logan was subsequently charged with Robbery 1st Degree and Conspiracy 2nd Degree.
