WHAT: The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that I-95 northbound lanes will be closed to complete the bridge deck work. At all times, one lane will remain open to motorists.
WHEN: 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15
Rain Date: Thursday, November 16 from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.
WHERE: I-95 northbound (Bridge over Talley Road) between US 202 and Marsh Road, Wilmington.
