Wilmington – Delaware State Police have arrested Donald L. Robb, 40, of Oxford Pennsylvania, for violation of a court order related to a recent bank robbery, according to Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Michael Austin.
Robb was arrested on Friday, November 10, 2017, for his involvement in the robbery of the Bank of America, located at 2074 Limestone Road, Wilmington, said Austin. Robb was taken into custody by Troopers while in the parking lot of Delaware Park Casino. As part of his bail agreement Robb was to stay off Delaware Park property, said Austin.
At approximately 11:00 a.m., on Monday, November 13, 2017, Robb was observed and positively identified as a banned subject by Delaware Park security officers. Agents from the Division of Gaming Enforcement were alerted and took Robb into custody without incident, accoring to authorities.
Robb was transported to Delaware State Police Troop 2 where he was arrested and charged with felony Breach of Release. He was then committed to Henry R. Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $2000.00 secured bond.

Wilmington – Delaware State Police detectives have arrested an Oxford, Pennsylvania man in connection with a Wilmington area bank robbery, according to Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Michael Austin.
Austin said the incident occurred at approximately 1:57 p.m., Friday, November 10, 2017, at the Bank of America, located at 2074 Limestone Road, Wilmington, when a subject, later identified as Donald L. Robb, 40, of Oxford, Pennsylvania, entered the bank and provided a demand note to a 25-year-old, female, teller, according to Austin.
The demand note stated that he was armed with an explosive device, and also instructed the teller to place money into a bag, said Austin. The teller complied and turned over an undisclosed amount of money to Robb, who then exited the bank.
There were no injuries as a result of the incident.
Through a variety of investigative measures, detectives were able to obtain a detailed description of Robb, according to Austin. They were also able to identify a dark colored Mitsubishi Eclipse with distinctive identifiers, as a possible suspect vehicle.
While canvassing the area, detectives located a Mitsubishi Eclipse, matching the description of the suspect vehicle in the parking lot of the Delaware Park Casino. Detectives also observed a subject inside the casino who matched the description of Robb, said Austin. As Robb exited the casino and returned to the Mitsubishi he was taken into custody without incident. A subsequent search of Robb produced evidence further linking him to the robbery, according to authorities.
Robb was transported to Delaware State Police Troop 2 where he was arrested and formally charged with one count of Robbery 1st Degree. Robb was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court #11 and released on $500.00 unsecured bond.
