New Castle – Delaware State Police are currently conducting a death investigation on Memorial Drive in New Castle.
Troopers, along with New Castle County Paramedics have responded to a motel in the unit block of Memorial Drive for initial reports of a drowning in side of a room.
It is believed that the patient is an adult.
