New Castle – New Castle Police, along with the Delaware State Police and the Goodwill Fire Company have responded to The Strand in New Castle for reports of a body that has washed ashore.
A woman at the scene said that her brother-in-law, a landscaper working in the area, found the body this morning as he began his work.
Forensic teams have arrived and are processing the scene.
Police have not released any further information.
