Newark – As a result of a month long investigation, members of the Delaware State Police Governor’s Task Force (GTF), have arrested a Philadelphia man on drug and weapons offenses, according to Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Michael Austin.

Austin said based on intelligence information gathered throughout the month of March 2018, GTF members were able to develop a silver Lincoln MKZ with Pennsylvania tags, as a vehicle suspected of being involved in illegal drug transactions that were taking place in the parking lots of businesses along the Churchman’s Road/Route 7 corridor.

A search of Dunn and the vehicle, produced a large sum of suspected drug money, multiple rounds of 9mm ammunition along with a key for a motel room at the adjacent Days Inn, located at 900 Churchman’s Road, according to Austin.
