Marshallton-Area – Rescue crews from the Mill Creek Fire Company, along with New Castle County Paramedics have responded to the Midway Plaza Shopping Center, near the intersection of Route 2 and Route 7, for reports of a pedestrian struck.
The patient will be transported with undetermined injuries. Advanced Life Support Medics will not be required.
Officials have dispatched this incident as a hit-and-run.
Update: Troopers now reporting that the driver has returned to the scene.
