Lewes -The City of Lewes Police Department has arrested Spencer Coffin, 31, of Breakwater Street, for his involvement in a domestic related shooting, where he was shot one time in the upper torso, according to Lewes Chief of Police Thomas Spell.
Spell said the extended investigation has concluded with the determination that the victim was forced to protect their self against Spencer Coffin, as a result of his menacing and aggressive behavior.
