Wilmington – Delaware State Police have arrested one suspect in connection with the robbery of a Wilmington area pharmacy, according to Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Melissa Jaffe.
Jaffe said the incident occurred on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at approximately 8:40 p.m., as a male and a female entered the CVS Pharmacy located at 4020 Concord Pike, and picked up shopping baskets. The suspects loaded the shopping baskets with over $100.00 in merchandise, consisting mainly of deodorants, body washes, and hand lotions, according to Jaffe.

The suspects fled from the business without rendering payment for the merchandise, added Jaffe. They were seen leaving the area in a silver Honda Civic. The 18-year-old employee sustained minor injuries.
