New Castle – New Castle County Police have identified 47 year-old Oletha Willingham as the woman found deceased in her home earlier this morning.

Today, May 7, at approximately 2:30 a.m., New Castle County patrol officers were dispatched to the unit block of Carleton Ct for a check on the welfare. Police located a woman inside the residence deceased under suspicious circumstances.
During the course of the investigation, police learned that the victim’s vehicle was missing from her residence. The vehicle is described as a 2007 black Ford Edge with Delaware registration PC71928 and may be with Lynn “Deszi” Harris.
Detectives are attempting to locate Lynn “Deszi” Harris and are concerned for his welfare.
