Marshallton-Area – A group of anti-circumcision protesters has set up camp at the corner of Route 7 and Kirkwood Highway this morning.
Troopers have received a few reports that the group is causing traffic issues. Troopers made contact with the group and determined that they are not breaking any laws, according to radio reports.
