Police Investigating Shooting Of Woman In Wilmington

On Sunday, December 23, at approximately 12:41 am, Wilmington Police responded to the 100 block of N. Harrison Street for a ‘shots fired’ complaint.

Upon their arrival, officers located an 18-year old female suffering from a graze wound.

She was treated on scene and was transported to the hospital where she is listed in stable condition, according to police.

This is an on-going investigation.
