Newark – Firefighters from across New Castle County are responding to the unit block of Plover Circle in the Sparrow Run Townhomes for reports of a fire.
Upon arrival, crews are reporting fire from the second floor.

Update: Primary search for victims is negative.
Update: Fire has been knocked down on the second floor.
Update: Fire still showing from the exterior, heavy smoke pushing out of the home.
Update: Two residents, one adult, one child have been displaced. Red Cross being contacted.
