Child Found Nearly A Week After He Went Missing In Wilmington

Wilmington Police have announced that they have located the 9-year-old boy that went missing Thursday, February 7, 2019.

Wilmington Police Spokesman David Karas said that the boy was located today and is safe.

Karas declined to comment further on the disappearance, saying it was an ongoing matter.

Wilmington Police are asking for assistance from the public to locate a missing juvenile.

Name removed, who is 9-years-old, was last seen in the 200 block of West Fourth Street. He is approximately 4 foot, 2 inches tall and weighs 57 pounds. He is not believed to be in danger.
