Wilmington – The Delaware State Police are currently on scene at the PNC Bank, located at 1704 Marsh Road (Silverside at Marsh) in Wilmington.
Reports from the scene indate that Troopers are investigating a robbery at the bank.
Yellow police tape is blocking access to the location. Detectives have just arrived on scene, according to a witness at the scene.
