The Dover Police Department along with the Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit, and Delaware Probation and Parole concluded a drug investigation by executing a search warrant at a home in the Unit Block of Village Drive on Monday, according to M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Public Information Officer.
Hoffman said the when officers arrived to serve the warrant in The Hamlet community at around 2:25 p.m., Zykee Bull, 25, of Frederica, attempted to flee from the rear of the residence. He threw a handgun, 30 bags of fentanyl, 60 bags of heroin, and approximately 17.1 grams of marijuana prior to being apprehended, according to Hoffman. An additional 3.5 grams of marijuana was located inside his vehicle that was parked at the residence, added Hoffman.
Bull was committed to SCI in default of $83,100 cash bond on the following charges:
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl
-Resisting Arrest
-Tampering with Physical Evidence
-Possession of Marijuana
Jordan Powell, 27, of Dover, was located inside of the residence with a digital scale and approximately 27 grams of marijuana, according to Hoffman. Powell was also wanted on an unrelated warrant for theft, forgery, and conspiracy said Hoffman.
Powell was committed to SCI on the following charges:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Theft Under $1500 (Victim 62+)
-Forgery 2nd Degree
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
Marquese Harris, 23, of Dover, was located inside of the residence and was in possession of 77.5 grams of marijuana packaged for sale and 1.1 grams of methamphetamine, said Hoffman.
Harris was committed to SCI in default of $8,400 secured bond on the following charges:
-Maintaining a Drug Property
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Possession of Methamphetamine
A four subject, Marvin Farlow, 23, of Dover, was also located inside of the residence with 4.5 grams of marijuana which he attempted to dispose of prior to apprehension, according to Hoffman.
Farlow was released on a $1,200 unsecured bond on the following charges:
-Tampering with Physical Evidence
-Possession of Marijuana
-Drug Paraphernalia
