Firefighters from the Claymont Fire Company along with surrounding companies have responded to the 200 block of Ridge Road in Claymont for reports of a house fire.
Upon arrival, crews are reporting smoke and fire showing from the second floor.
Update: Primary and secondary searches of all floors have met with negative results. All occupants out of the home.
The fire has been contained to the second floor of the home. The fire did not extend into the adjoining rowhomes.
Command has placed the fire under control.
