Middletown – Rescue crews from Middletown, Newark, New Castle County Paramedics and Trooper 4 have responded to a motor vehicle crash at Summit Bridge Road South just south of the C and D Canal.
Originally dispatched as an injured person with the vehicle on fire. Troopers have now reported that the patient is out of the vehicle.
Trooper 4 is landing south of the location.
Rescue crews are stuck in traffic on the bridge.
