approximately 10:00 Friday night.

The ACME grocery store in the shopping center is open but operating on limited power, according to an employee that answered the phone.

The Bob Evans restaurant across the street reports that power has been restored and that they are open.

Due to the storm overnight, we are currently working to restore service to scattered outages on the Delmarva Power system, including the outage along Chapman Road, off of Route 273, Delmarva Power Spokesman Ben Armstrong.

Multiple instances of damage on the system resulted in outages in this area overnight.  Delmarva Power crews were able to restore most customers overnight, however, some customers remain without service until permanent repairs can be completed this afternoon.  Crews are currently making these repairs.[/ms-protect-content]
