For the second time in less than an hour, crews have been dispatched to Route 1 NB for a crash.
At 9:37 this morning rescue crews from the Christiana and Delaware City Fire Companies, along with crews from Aetna Hose, Hook, and Ladder and Delaware State Police were dispatched to Route 1 NB at just north of Route 40 for a motor vehicle crash.
Traffic crawling on Route 1 all the way back to Tybouts Corner.
