Just after 3:00 this afternoon rescue crews respond to Interstate 95 at the Route 273 S/B Ramp To I95 N/B for reports of an accident involving a motorcycle.
Upon arrival, crews found one patient with very serious injuries. That patient was immediately transported to the Trauma Center at Christiana Hospital.
The Delaware State Police issued the following statement: TRAFFIC ADVISORY Newark: Rt. 273 eastbound at I-95 is closed due to a motor vehicle crash.
It looks like it’s the onramp that is closed.
