Dover Police Investigating Sunday Night Shooting

The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a 22-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his arm, according to M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Public Information Officer. The victim reported being shot in the arm on Barrister Place, Sunday night, June 16th, 2019 at around 10:52 during an altercation with an unknown male suspect.

The victim was treated at a nearby hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)736-7130. Callers may remain anonymous.
