Rescue crews responding to reports of a motor vehicle accident with entrapment have closed two lanes of I-95 SB just south of Route 141.
Upon arrival, crews are reporting negative entrapment and that the driver is not seriously injured. He is currently being transported to the hospital.
Crews are also reporting that the driver of the tractor-trailer crashed into the Jersey Barrier, scraped along the wall, coming to a stop approximately 30 yards from the initial impact.
Delaware State Police are investigating.
