Bear – At 3:37 this morning rescue crews from the Odessa, Delaware City, Port Penn, Delaware State Police and Trooper 4 were dispatched to Route 1 SB at Wrangle Hill Road for reports of a motor vehicle crash.
DelDOT posted the following alert this morning:
“RT 1 SB AT RT 72 CLOSED DUE TO A CRASH.
Effect / Impact: FOLLOW FIRST RESPONDERS ORDERS ON SCENE. County: New Castle County”
Our readers are telling us that the tractor-trailer is still on scene, however, a look at DelDOT traffic cameras show that some traffic is getting by.
