Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 2:23 a.m. Thursday morning at 23rd and Pine Streets.
Police located a 14-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital, treated and released.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
