Hoffman said at approximately 6:39 pm, a 16-year-old male victim was walking in the Dover East Estates mobile home park when he was approached by two juvenile suspects.

The suspects demanded the victim’s headphones and he refused. The juveniles then assaulted the victim, making him briefly lose consciousness, according to Hoffman.
