Police Find 16-Year-Old Shot In Browntown, Rushed To Hospital

Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 9:28 p.m. Tuesday in the unit block of Lower Oak Street, according to authorities.

Officials said police located a 16-year-old male gunshot victim, who was transported to the hospital where he was treated and released.

This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
