Just before 8:00 Friday night rescue crews from the Mill Creek Fire Company responded to Old Capitol Trail at St James Church Road for reports of a vehicle into a structure.
Upon arrival, crews found a vehicle that had struck an apartment building at the Midway Park Apartments.
Reports from the scene indicate that one person was evaluated and refused transport.
The building was turned over to maintenance crews. Building inspectors are scheduled to inspect the building on Monday.
