At around 8:00 this opening rescue crews from the Wilmington Fire Department along St Francis Hospital and Delaware State Police responded to I-95 Sb at W 10th Street for reports of a motor vehicle collision with injuries.
The onramp and right lane of I-95 SB are currently shut down while crews evaluate at least one patient.
