Just before 1:20 this afternoon Delaware State Police reported a crash involving a tractor-trailer on Route 1 NB at Route 273.
Rescue crews did respond to the scene, however, it is unclear if there are any injuries.
HAZMAT crews have been called to the scene for a fuel leak.
Traffic is getting by on the shoulder.
Route 1 SB is backed up due to onlookers.
