Just before 11:45, this morning rescue crews responded to Route 13 WB in Wilmington Manor for a vehicle crash with entrapment.

Just before noon crews reported that the patient had been extricated from the vehicle.

Only one lane of travel is getting by on Route 13 wb in the area of Wilmington University.
