Suspect Sought In Seaford Shooting, Victim In Critical

On Friday, December 20, 2019, at approximately 7:22 P.M. Officers with The Seaford Police Department and Delaware State Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 700 Block of Collins Avenue in the City of Seaford, according to Seaford Police Department Master Corporal Eric Chambers.

Upon their arrival, a victim was located suffering from gunshot wounds and was later transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

Chambers said through investigative means, the Criminal Investigations Division developed Xavier Mills-Davis 25, of Seaford, was developed as a suspect. An active arrest warrant is currently on file for Mills-Davis’s arrest.
