Two Armed Home Invaders Hold Family At Gunpoint

Dover– The Delaware State Police are investigating a home invasion that occurred early Thursday morning, according to Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Melissa Jaffe.

Jaffe said the incident occurred on December 12, 2019, at approximately 12:09 a.m., when Troopers were dispatched to Mast Circle in Dover for a report of a home invasion.

Upon arrival, Troopers met with a 21-year-old female resident and a 24-year-old male resident. It was learned that the two victims were in the living room of the residence when two subjects forced entry through the front door armed with handguns.

The suspects held the victims at gunpoint and demanded cash and firearms. The suspects fled the residence after obtaining two handguns and cash. The victims along with three juveniles who were inside the residence during this incident were not injured.

The suspects were described as black males, with their faces covered and armed with handguns.
