New Castle – Just before 6:00 Monday morning, February 3, 2020, rescue crews from the Goodwill Fire Company along with New Castle County Paramedics responded to the 100 block of W Seventh Street for reports of a pedestrian struck.
Upon their arrival crews found a woman who was injured when she was struck by a vehicle at low speed. The woman had been jogging when a vehicle turned the corner and struck he according to initial reports.
The woman, who suffered only minor injuries, was transported to Christiana Hospital for evaluation.
