Customers Concerned After Puffster’s CBD Shop Shut Down By State

The owners of the of a Dover CBD shop were served with a cease-and-desist order this afternoon.

Nicole and Sam Chick, co-owner of  Puffster’s, said they were served a cease-and-desist order.  She said that changes were made to the DE Industry List since 3/24, and  they no longer qualify as an essential business according to the state.

Chick said they strongly believe that we are an essential health business and have been flooded with customer concerns about us closing our doors, however, there is nothing they can do at this time.

Nicole and Sam Chick said going forward all of Puffster’s items will still be available for purchase via mail order. The website is www.puffster.com has some items listed – everything else they sell can still be ordered by emailing [email protected].

Nicole said customers interested in making a purchase are asked to describe the item/s they are interested in ordering and provide a copy of your photo ID for 21+ age verification.  The will send you applicable product photos, menus, and pricing information.
