Minquadale – New Castle County Medics along with rescue crews from the Minquadale and Wilmington Manor Fire Companies are responding to Route 13 in the area of Memorial Drive for a vehicle crash with injuries.
Responding crews are being told that one patient is reported to be unconscious.
