Marshallton – Just after 11:00 this morning rescue crews from the Mill Creek Fire Company along with New Castle County Paramedics, County Police, and Delaware State Troopers responded to the unit block Whitehall Circle in Klair Estates for reports of a stabbing.
Initial reports from the scene indicate that the patient was found suffering from serious stab wounds. Police arriving on scene asked responding rescue crews to step up their response. The patient was transported to the Trauma Center at Christiana Hospital.
Additional reports that the incident was domestic-related have not been confirmed by police.
