Sussex Outbreak Pushes Positive COVID-19 Cases Past 4,000

Delaware COVID-19 Cases rose by 458 with the majority coming from Sussex County.

After adding 311 new daily positive cases, Sussex County has surpassed New Castle County in the number of positive cases.

The new total, 4,034, of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Delaware, was announced just days after Governor Carney’s said that the number of positive tests at poultry plants in Sussex County was very high.
