Wilmington Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at approximately 9:14 p.m. in the area of 7th and Washington Streets.
Police said that arriving officers located a 36-year-old female gunshot victim and a 19-year-old male gunshot victim who were both transported to the hospital and listed in stable condition
