Police Investigating Fliers Left At Newark Apartment Complexes

On Monday Newark Police said they’re investigating incidents involving fliers that were left at several apartment complexes in Newark.

The incidents began on Sunday, June 14, 2020, when some residents of apartment complexes reported that fliers stating “Kill Chinese Virus” had been left at the doors of their apartments or on vehicles in the apartment complexes. Officials said the flyers caused concern to some residents.

The complexes are the School Lane Apartments and Pinebrook Apartments, Fairfield Apartments, and One Easton, according to police.
