Troopers Close Route 13 SB Near Camden After Pedestrian Is Struck

Dover – The Delaware State Police are currently on the scene of a serious motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian and one other vehicle that occurred at approximately 8:45 a.m. this morning, Friday, June 26, 2020, at the intersection of South Dupont Hwy. (Rt. 13) and Lochmeath Way., Dover.

Initial reports from the scene indicate that the driver was transported to the hospital.  Details regarding the pedestrian are not available at this time.

As a result of the crash, Southbound lanes on South DuPont Hwy. are closed. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternate routes of travel.
